Thank you for your payment. We are happy you chose to obtain your CPR certification by signing up for one of our training courses. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund or reschedule for a future class. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

Refunds

​

There is a $25.00 (USD) non-refundable deposit which is included in the cost of the class. After receiving your request we will process a refund minus the deposit and or work with you to reschedule your training class to a  different date and time which must be rescheduled and attend a future class within 30 days. Please note if you do not reschedule and attend a future class within 30 days of the initial payment your funds will be forfeited. If you are requesting a refund, please allow at least three (3) days for the refund to be processed. We will notify you by email when your refund has been issued.
